VIP 4 Days 3 Nights Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor Private Tour
Sail through millennia of history on a 5-star private cruise from Aswan to Luxor
This VIP Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor offers an intimate, all-inclusive journey through ancient Egypt's most celebrated temple complexes, guided by a dedicated Egyptology expert. Over four days, the cruise connects Aswan's island sanctuaries with Luxor's colossal open-air monuments along one of the world's most storied waterways. Every detail, from 5-star accommodation to daily private excursions, is arranged for a seamless experience.
Departing Aswan on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday mornings, the itinerary begins with three of the region's defining sites: the island temple of Philae, the Aswan High Dam, and the remarkable Unfinished Obelisk. The private format ensures that the pace and depth of each visit are tailored to your interests, rather than a group schedule.
Sailing south to north, the cruise calls at Kom Ombo before reaching Edfu, where one of Egypt's best-preserved temples stands dedicated to the falcon god Horus. The journey concludes in Luxor with visits to the Valley of the Kings and the mortuary temples of Hatshepsut and Amenhotep III, rounding out a four-day immersion in pharaonic civilization.
An optional excursion to the twin temples of Abu Simbel, available at additional cost, extends the experience southward to one of ancient Egypt's most extraordinary architectural achievements.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
The tour begins between 8 and 10am with a visit to Philae Temple, the island shrine of Isis reached by motor boat, followed by the Aswan High Dam, completed in 1961 on the Nile. The day concludes at the Unfinished Obelisk, a quarried monolith that reveals ancient stone-working techniques. Overnight aboard the 5-star deluxe Nile cruise.
An optional full-day excursion to Abu Simbel (at additional cost) visits the twin temples of Ramesses II and Queen Nefertari, masterpieces of ancient Egyptian architecture relocated to save them from Lake Nasser. Later, the cruise docks at Kom Ombo for a visit to the double-entrance temple dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris, overlooking the Nile from elevated ground. Overnight aboard the cruise.
A morning visit to Edfu Temple, dedicated to Horus and regarded as Egypt's finest example of a cult temple, precedes the sail north to Luxor. Upon arrival, the guide leads tours of Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in the world, and Luxor Temple, both built for the sun god Amun-Re. A lunch box is included for this day. Overnight aboard the cruise.
The final morning, concluding around 12:00pm, covers Luxor's West Bank, starting with the Valley of the Kings where the guide recommends the three most rewarding royal tombs based on current conditions. The tour continues to the mortuary temple of Hatshepsut, the pharaoh who ruled Egypt independently for 20 years, and the remains of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. Private transfers to Hurghada are available as an optional ending point.
