Indian Mystic: 11-Day Tour of Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Orchha, Khajuraho and Varanasi
Trace the arc of an ancient civilization, from Mughal grandeur to sacred riverbanks.
This India cultural tour spans eleven days and connects the country's most storied destinations, weaving together monumental architecture, living religious traditions, and centuries of layered history into a single coherent journey.
The route moves through Delhi's dual identity as a Mughal and British imperial capital, then turns southwest toward the pink sandstone city of Jaipur before heading east to Agra and its riverside marble mausoleum. The second half of the journey crosses into Madhya Pradesh, visiting the ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri, the riverside cenotaphs of Orchha, the temple complex of Khajuraho, and finally the sacred ghats of Varanasi.
Throughout the itinerary, the pace is calibrated for comfort, with guided site visits balanced by free time and hotel rest. Transport includes private road transfers, a scenic train leg on the Shatabdi Express, and a dawn boat ride on the Ganges, offering varied perspectives on the subcontinent's landscape and daily life.
The tour is graded very easy, making it accessible to a wide range of travelers, including those new to India or those who prefer structured itineraries without strenuous physical demands.
