          More to know about Caprarola

Caprarola is a small town in Lazio, central Italy, located in the Cimini Mountains about 80 kilometers north of Rome. The town is dominated by the Palazzo Farnese, a Renaissance masterpiece built in the 16th century with its distinctive pentagonal fortress design. Visitors explore the palace's ornate rooms, frescoed halls, and terraced gardens, then wander the medieval streets of the historic center.
Caprarola is a small hilltop municipality in the province of Viterbo, northern Lazio, Italy, situated in the Cimini Hills volcanic landscape approximately 55 kilometres northwest of Rome. It is administered under the Lazio regional authority and falls within the protected area of the Riserva Naturale Lago di Vico. The town is internationally recognised for the Palazzo Farnese, a UNESCO-adjacent Renaissance monument designed by Jacopo Barozzi da Vignola in the sixteenth century.
