Day Itinerary
Travel southeast from Muscat along the coastal highway, passing rugged cliffs and small fishing villages. The drive itself offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Oman coastline.
Begin the trail on foot, crossing the wadi by small boat before continuing along a well-marked path through palm groves and past natural pools. You will have time to swim in the clear freshwater pools along the route.
The trail culminates at a narrow cave entrance that requires swimming through to reach a secluded chamber with a natural waterfall. This section is the trail's most memorable highlight and requires basic swimming ability.
Enjoy a break with packed lunch in the shade of the wadi before retracing the path back to the trailhead. Rest and refuel before the next destination.
