The tour departs from the Ruzafa neighborhood and follows a cycle path south to the City of Arts and Sciences. At this landmark complex, the guide explains the architectural vision of Santiago Calatrava while the group takes in the Hemisferic, the Umbracle, the Science Museum, and the Oceanografic from the exterior. Riders enter the Turia Gardens and follow the riverside path northward, passing Gulliver Park, the Palau de la Musica, and a series of historic bridges including the Puente de las Flores. The route arrives at the Serranos Towers, a 14th-century fortified gate that once guarded the entrance to the medieval city.

A short ride through quiet old-city streets leads to Plaza de la Virgen, where the guide introduces the Cathedral, known for its Miguelete bell tower, and the adjacent Basilica of Our Lady of the Forsaken. The square, centered on a fountain representing the Turia River, is one of the most atmospheric spaces in Valencia.
