Cagliari Sunset Dinghy Tour with Aperitif along the Golfo degli Angeli
Glide along the southern Sardinian coastline as the sun dips into the sea, discovering hidden coves and sea caves from the water.
This Cagliari sunset boat tour takes small groups aboard a nimble 9-metre dinghy for an evening voyage through the most scenic stretches of the Golfo degli Angeli, with swimming stops, snorkelling, and a classic Sardinian aperitif included.
Departing from Cagliari's port, the route hugs the rugged coastline of Capo Sant'Elia, revealing perspectives of the city's skyline and its ancient limestone headlands that are simply not reachable on foot. The skipper navigates the boat through calm inshore waters, pausing at each location long enough for guests to slip into the sea.
The experience is rated easy in terms of physical demand, making it suitable for most travellers who are comfortable around water. No sailing experience is required, and all safety equipment is provided on board.

A 250 hp engine ensures the itinerary covers all four stops comfortably within the tour window.
Itinerary
The tour begins at Cagliari's harbour, where guests board the Jocker Boat Clubman dinghy and receive a brief safety introduction from the skipper. The boat heads south along the coast toward Capo Sant'Elia.
The first swimming stop is at the sheltered bay of Calamosca, a small beach framed by Mediterranean scrub just below the historic lighthouse road. Guests have approximately 30 minutes to swim and explore.
The boat rounds the Sella del Diavolo headland to reach Cala Bernat, a secluded cove at the foot of the Capo Sant'Elia lighthouse. This area offers clear water ideal for snorkelling and scenic rock formations.
Cruising past the long sandy arc of Poetto Beach, guests can appreciate Cagliari's urban coastline from the sea before the boat positions for sunset views across the gulf.
As the light changes, the skipper serves the included aperitif — Carasau chips, a glass of prosecco or beer, or a soft drink. The return to port completes the circuit of the Golfo degli Angeli.
