This distillery tour in Tempio Pausania invites you into a one-of-a-kind artisan workshop where wild Sardinian ingredients are transformed into spirits found nowhere else on earth. Host and producer Fabio guides you through his berry farm and distillery, sharing the knowledge and dedication behind each bottle.
The property sits at the foot of Monte Limbara in the Gallura region of north-eastern Sardinia, surrounded by olive trees, berry plants, and clean mountain air. The farm is the only operation in Sardinia cultivating and selling fresh berries commercially, a distinction that reflects years of study into local climate and soil conditions.
The session covers three distinct distillates: Licchitta, a multi-berry blend unique on the world market; Melalione, an arbutus distillate aged six months in acacia barriques; and Landhe, a 100% acorn brandy with no added sugar, no caramel, and no wood passage — a raw material never before distilled anywhere in the world. The experience closes with a tasting paired with traditional Sardinian sweets and semi-matured cheeses.

Tour Itinerary
Fabio welcomes participants at the farm and leads a short walk through the berry orchard. He introduces the cultivation approach and the role of the local terrain and climate in shaping flavour.
The group moves into the distillery, where the guide explains the process behind the berry distillate Licchitta and provides a brief overview of the farm's history and mission.
Fabio presents the Landhe acorn distillate and walks visitors through the distillery equipment, explaining how each machine contributes to the production of these rare spirits.
Participants taste all three distillates — Licchitta, Melalione, and Landhe — paired with Sardinian amaretti, tilicche, and semi-matured cheeses. Water and soft drinks are also available.
At the close of the session, the guide accompanies the group back to the original meeting point, concluding the experience.
