Itinerary
Begin the day at Topkapi Palace, the vast complex that served as the primary residence and administrative center of the Ottoman sultans during the 15th and 16th centuries. The Hippodrome, now At Meydani square, was once the ceremonial and entertainment hub of Byzantine Constantinople, capable of holding up to 100,000 spectators.
