Catamaran Tour of the La Maddalena Archipelago from Cannigione
Sail through crystalline waters and discover the hidden coves of northern Sardinia's most celebrated island park.
This La Maddalena Archipelago catamaran tour takes you on a full-day voyage through one of the Mediterranean's most protected and pristine marine environments. Departing from Laconia on the northern Sardinian coast, the route winds between granite islands, sheltered bays, and beaches of powdery white sand.
The La Maddalena Archipelago National Park encompasses seven major islands and dozens of smaller islets, each shaped by wind, sea, and ancient geology. The waters shift between deep sapphire and transparent turquoise, offering some of the clearest swimming conditions in Italy.
An experienced skipper selects two or three stops each day based on marine weather conditions, ensuring the best possible experience at locations such as Spargi, Budelli, Santa Maria, Razzoli, or Caprera. Onboard aperitifs and a full lunch are served as the 13-metre Lagoon 38 Sport catamaran glides between destinations.
The vessel is equipped with four cabins, two bathrooms, an outdoor shower, a tender with an outboard motor, and a stereo system, combining comfort with the freedom of open-water sailing in a remarkable natural setting.

Itinerary Overview
Guests meet at the dock and board the catamaran. The vessel departs and heads north toward the archipelago, with the skipper briefing passengers on the day's planned route.
The catamaran sails in the direction of Spargi, one of the largest uninhabited islands in the park. Guests can relax on deck and take in views of the Sardinian coastline receding behind them.
The skipper selects the first anchorage based on conditions, choosing from Spargi, Santa Maria, Razzoli, Budelli, or Caprera. Guests swim, snorkel, and explore beaches of fine white sand.
After the first stop, an aperitif is served on deck followed by lunch prepared and presented on board. The catamaran may remain anchored in a calm bay during this time.
The afternoon brings one or two additional stops at different coves or beaches within the national park, giving guests more time in the water before the return leg.
The catamaran navigates back to the departure port, arriving by approximately 17:00. Guests disembark with time to reach nearby towns such as Cannigione or Palau.
