Itinerary
Your private guide collects you from your accommodation and travels with you to the start of the trail at Praia da Marinha, widely regarded as one of Europe's most scenic beaches.
The hike begins among the distinctive limestone arches of Marinha and Mesquita beaches before reaching the entrance to the Benagil sea cave, one of the most visited natural formations on the Algarve coast.
The trail continues past the sheltered cove of Carvalho Beach and the rocky sea stack known as the Burglars Rock, with open Atlantic views throughout this central section.
The walk passes the Alfanzina Lighthouse before descending to Praia de Vale Centeanes, where, subject to sea conditions, participants may take a swim before the trail concludes.
