          Kerið es un lago de cráter en el suroeste de Islandia, ubicado en la región de la península de Reykjanes.           Kerið is a collapse caldera located in the Grímsnes volcanic area of southwest Iceland, approximately 75 kilometres from Reykjavik along the Golden Circle route. The crater is estimated to be around 3,000 years old and is maintained as a fee-access natural attraction managed by the local municipality of Árborg.
