Pirates Sailing Boat to Ras Mohammed and White Island with Snorkeling and Lunch
A classic wooden tall ship, two iconic Red Sea destinations, and an open buffet feast aboard a vessel that turns every wave into a memory.
This Pirates sailing boat Sharm el-Sheikh excursion combines the drama of a three-masted wooden vessel with guided snorkeling at Ras Mohammed National Park and White Island, rounding out a full day on the Red Sea with a generous open buffet lunch served in a marble-and-wood salon.
The Pirates fleet is among the most distinctive on the Sharm waterfront. Built to evoke the golden age of sail, the ships feature a sweeping upper sun deck, two fully air-conditioned salons, and interior finishes that set them apart from the standard day-boat experience.
Ras Mohammed is one of Egypt's most celebrated marine reserves, where coral walls drop into open water and reef fish gather in extraordinary concentrations. White Island adds a contrasting stop: a shallow, sandy anchorage ideal for relaxed snorkeling before the return journey.
A professional snorkeling guide accompanies the group at both reef sites, making the experience accessible to first-timers while still rewarding more practiced swimmers with guidance to the best coral formations.

Itinerary
The journey begins at the marina, where guests board the Pirates tall ship. The vessel sets sail toward Ras Mohammed National Park for the first leg of the voyage.
After approximately 90 minutes of sailing, the boat anchors near the reefs of Ras Mohammed. Guests enter the water with the snorkeling guide for a 45-minute exploration of the coral formations and marine life.
The ship repositions to a second reef site near White Island for another 45-minute guided snorkeling session. The shallower, calmer conditions here suit all comfort levels in the water.
Back aboard the ship, guests are welcomed into the decorated salon for an open buffet meal. The spread includes soup, salads, grilled and roasted mains, seafood, and fresh fruit.
The Pirates vessel sails back to the marina, arriving at approximately 4:00 pm. Guests disembark with time to spare for the evening.
