Itinerary Overview
Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, a private driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in the Sultanahmet district. The remainder of the day is free for rest and independent exploration of the surrounding historic neighborhood.
Visit Dolmabahce Palace, ride the cable car to Pierre Loti Hill, and enjoy panoramic views from Camlica Hill on the Asian side. A Bosphorus cruise takes you along the waterway that divides two continents, passing Rumeli Fortress, Beylerbeyi Palace, and traditional wooden villas.
A guided morning tour covers Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome, and the Grand Bazaar. After the tour, you transfer to the airport for a domestic flight to Cappadocia and check in to a cave hotel upon arrival.
A full-day guided tour visits Devrent Valley, Pasabag (Monk's Valley), the pottery town of Avanos, Goreme Open-Air Museum, and Uchisar Castle. An optional hot air balloon flight is available for an aerial view of the landscape at sunrise.
