Itinerary
Guests are welcomed by the Rocca d'Italia team at Villa Ermellina. Before departure, a short operational briefing covers the route, driving sequence, timing and safety coordination for the day.
The experience begins with a drive through the countryside surrounding Siena. This opening section is designed to build the rhythm of the day before the route enters the Montalcino wine territory.
The first main stop is a fixed-menu lunch at Grillo Moro, an authentic Tuscan restaurant in Sovicille. The meal is included in the package; any items outside the agreed menu are at the guest's own expense.
After lunch, the route continues toward the Val d'Orcia and Montalcino. This section passes through cypress roads, terraced vineyards and one of the most photographed wine landscapes in Italy.
