Guided Tour: Equipment & Specialty Techniques in Action
Learn to maintain, care for, and master your dive gear through hands-on specialist training.
This course gives certified divers a thorough grounding in dive equipment maintenance, covering everything from washing and drying procedures to O-ring replacement and dive computer battery changes. Participants are encouraged to bring their own gear so that every technique is demonstrated directly on the equipment they use. The flexible schedule means the course can be completed over a weekend or across working-week sessions.
Proper equipment care is one of the most overlooked aspects of recreational diving, yet it directly affects safety, equipment longevity, and overall dive quality. This specialty course addresses that gap with structured, practical instruction delivered in an online training format. A single participant can attend at no additional cost, making it accessible regardless of group size.
The curriculum also covers torch and dive light care, ensuring that participants leave with a complete understanding of the maintenance routines that keep their entire kit performing reliably. An internationally recognised certification is awarded upon completion, adding a verified specialty to the diver's qualifications record.
