Spend around 40 minutes at this historically significant waterfall. A small shop with a toilet is located nearby, and your guide will assist with photo opportunities and share the waterfall's place in Icelandic history.
A 35-minute drive brings you to Laufás, one of the most complete turf house complexes in Iceland. You will spend approximately 40 minutes exploring the preserved interiors, with a small café available on site.
A brief stop at a scenic overlook above the fjord provides an excellent vantage point looking across the water toward Akureyri, ideal for a final landscape photograph before reaching the lagoon.
The tour concludes with approximately 80 minutes at the Forest Lagoon. Guests can use the geothermal pools, steam baths, and the on-site café and bistro. This stop is optional and guests may choose to be dropped off beforehand.
