          More to know about Didyma

Didyma is an ancient Greek sanctuary located in southwestern Türkiye, in the Aydın region near the Aegean coast. It is home to the Temple of Apollo, one of the largest Greek temples ever built, featuring impressive marble columns and intricate architectural details. Visitors explore the archaeological site to view the temple ruins, examine votive offerings, and walk through the sacred precinct where pilgrims once sought divine counsel.
Didyma is located in Aydin Province on the southwestern Aegean coast of Turkey, approximately 100 kilometers south of Izmir. The site forms part of the ancient Ionian triad alongside Miletus and Priene, and is administered within the modern district of Didim.
