          More to know about Delphi

Delphi is an ancient sanctuary in central Greece, perched on the slopes of Mount Parnassus. Home to the Temple of Apollo and the ruins of the Oracle, it was considered the spiritual center of the ancient Greek world. Visitors explore classical monuments, walk among Doric columns, and visit the nearby archaeological museum to understand the site's religious and political significance.
Delphi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located on the southern slopes of Mount Parnassus in central Greece, approximately 180 kilometers northwest of Athens. Once considered the navel of the ancient world, it served as the pan-Hellenic sanctuary of Apollo and seat of the famed Pythian Oracle, drawing pilgrims and city-state delegations from across the Mediterranean world between the 8th century BC and 4th century AD.
