Halbtages-Malta-Tour
This tour operates in the Maltese Archipelago, a group of islands in the central Mediterranean Sea located approximately 90 kilometres south of Sicily. The route connects three of Malta's key islands and bays: the departure point of Cirkewwa on the northern tip of Malta, the uninhabited island of Comino — home to the Blue Lagoon and Crystal Lagoon — and the coastline of Gozo, Malta's second-largest island known for its rural character and historic harbours. Comino sits between Malta and Gozo in the Comino Channel and covers just 3.5 square kilometres, making it one of the smallest permanently inhabited islands in the European Union. The Blue Lagoon is located on Comino's western tip and is consistently ranked among the top natural swimming spots in the Mediterranean. Santa Maria Bay and the Santa Maria Caves are situated on Comino's northern coast, offering a quieter alternative to the more visited Blue Lagoon area. The Comino Tower, visible from the boat, is a 17th-century watchtower built under the Knights of St John and is a scheduled ancient monument in Malta.
