This tour operates in northern Iceland, departing from Akureyri, the largest city outside the capital and a major hub for cruise ship arrivals on Eyjafjord, one of Iceland's longest fjords. The route follows the Ring Road eastward to Godafoss, a historically significant waterfall on the Skjalfandafljot river located in the Bardardalur valley within the Northeastern Region (Nordurmuli). On return, guests are dropped at the Akureyri Botanical Garden, situated on the slopes above the city centre, with the option to walk downhill through the historic downtown to the port.
