What Will You Do

In order to perpetuate the memory of the Battle of the Bulge, the Baugnez 44 Historical Museum takes us through the final great operations and battles which took place during the counteroffensive « Operation Wacht Am Rhein ».

A short walk downtown Malmedy, ideal for a stroll. Here we'll have lunch at a restaurant and sample delicious local cuisine. Please note: Vegetarian choices are limited.

This small village in the heart of the northern part of the Belgian Ardennes is where the German spearhead of the Battle of the Bulge actually died on Christmas Eve 1944.
The December 44 Museum is housed in a historic building in the center of the village and it is dedicated entirely to the Battle of the Bulge.

This museum tells the story of the battle of Manhay from the 23rd of December 1944 until the liberation of the last villages on January 1945.

Visiting the smallest town on earth with a population of just 500 which has maintained its charming medieval setting. Time to relax after our busy day and to enjoy its beauty. We will have dinner in the city center at a restaurant before heading back to Brussels.
