Departing from Albufeira or Vilamoura Marina, the route passes the Arrifes area, the cliffs of São Rafael, and the caves carved into the sandstone near Albufeira. A dedicated crew handles every detail, leaving guests free to watch the light shift across the water without distraction.
A curated tasting is included in every ticket, with three service moments — a welcome drink on boarding, a savoury selection during the cruise, and a regional finish on the return leg. Slippers are provided at no extra cost, and a bar accepting card payments is available throughout the voyage.

How the Experience Unfolds
Arrive at the AlgarExperience check-in desk at least 30 minutes before departure and present your ticket. The team will issue a boarding pass and brief you on what to expect.
Follow crew instructions to board the catamaran. Shoes are removed before stepping on deck, and slippers are provided at no charge. The welcome tasting — champagne or fresh orange juice, fruit skewers, mini codfish cakes, and mini alheira bites — is served as the vessel departs.
The catamaran moves along the coastline past the Arrifes area, São Rafael, and the caves near Albufeira. When wind conditions permit, the crew raises the sails for a quieter passage.
During the cruise, a mid-voyage tasting is served, featuring mini cheeseburgers, mini wrap canapés, a premium cold canapé selection, and vegetarian options.
As the catamaran heads back to the marina, a final tasting is offered: mini fig cheese slices, the traditional Misto Algarvio of fig, carob, and almond, a premium cold canapé selection, and fig brandy.
The vessel returns to the departure marina. Towels are available for rent at check-in against a security deposit for guests who wish to use them.
