Your guide or driver collects you from your Hurghada hotel in the early morning. The overland journey to Cairo takes approximately four to five hours, travelling through the Egyptian landscape toward the capital.

Arriving at the Giza Plateau, you enter the complex with your included ticket and encounter the three great pyramids at close range. The scale, precision, and age of these structures provide an immediate sense of the ambition of Ancient Egyptian civilisation.

A short walk from the pyramids leads to the Great Sphinx, the monumental limestone figure that has watched over the plateau for millennia. Your guide shares current scholarly understanding of its construction and cultural significance.

The group pauses for a complimentary meal at a local restaurant. This break offers a moment to rest and sample traditional Egyptian dishes before the afternoon portion of the tour.

The afternoon is dedicated to the Grand Egyptian Museum, the largest museum in the world devoted to a single civilisation. The highlight is Tutankhamun's complete golden collection, now unified under one roof, alongside thousands of additional artefacts spanning thousands of years of Egyptian history.
