Day Tour: Giza Pyramids by Camel
Ride through history across the sands of one of the world's most iconic ancient landscapes
This Giza Pyramids camel tour offers a rare ground-level perspective of the ancient plateau, allowing visitors to cover key monuments across 2 hours and 30 minutes in the saddle. You will ride past the three great pyramid complexes of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus before pausing at the legendary Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple.
The panoramic viewpoint included in the route is particularly significant, as it is one of the few locations from which all nine pyramids of Giza can be seen together in a single frame. This vantage point is popular with photographers and history enthusiasts alike, offering context that is difficult to appreciate from ground level alone.
The tour is rated Easy and is suitable for first-time riders and travelers with a general interest in Egyptology. Guides accompany the group throughout, providing safety support and historical context at each stop along the plateau.
