Day-by-Day Itinerary
Your tour manager meets you at Luxor International Airport and transfers you by private air-conditioned vehicle to Sonesta St. George Luxor Hotel 5-star. After check-in, the manager reviews your full itinerary and confirms pick-up times for each day. Overnight in Luxor with a welcome drink on arrival.
Following breakfast, your tour guide leads you to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. You then cross to the East Bank for Luxor Temple and Karnak Temples, with lunch at a local restaurant before the three-hour drive south to Aswan. Check-in at Helnan Aswan Hotel 5-star and overnight in Aswan. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch.
After a relaxed breakfast and free time at the hotel, you depart at mid-morning for the three-hour private drive to Abu Simbel. At the site, you explore the temples of Ramses II, dedicated to Ptah, Re-Harakhte, Amun-Re, and Ramesses II himself, before returning to Aswan with a lunch box en route. Overnight at Helnan Aswan. Check out after breakfast and spend the morning touring Aswan's highlights: the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk in the granite quarries, and the Temple of Philae on Isis Island.
