To rent our boats, the nominated skipper must have the relevant Navigation License.
The Authorized Navigation Area is only inside the Ria Formosa Lagoon and it’s not allowed to exit to the ocean.

The person in charge of the crew must be of legal age, responsible for the boat and the people in it. ISea Charter reserves the right to deny the delivery of the boat if the responsible does not appear apt to assume its responsibilities. In this case, we will only refund the amount of the rental. The person responsible for the crew shall take possession of the vessel after completion of the formalities (security, inventory), the collection of administrative documents and the necessary navigation instructions. The renter must comply with the current navigation regulations and the instructions he receives from our company and from the local maritime authorities.
Prohibited activities include night navigation, towing, lending, and boat hire.
The vessels are delivered with the deposits full and must be returned under the same conditions.
Returning the boat without full deposits will result in a €150 fee per fuel deposit used.
If it is not possible to enter the dock at the end of the day to refuel the boats due to tides, ISea Charter will calculate the fuel consumed and charge it to the customer.
