“This Tour is available on request, because although we do it mostly in the morning, you can also schedule it for the afternoon (according to your preferences).”

CLIMBING Água de Pau – Our company practices climbing in Água de Pau, a parish located in the southern part of the island of São Miguel, between the city of Lagoa and Vila Franca (+/- 20 minute drive from the city of Ponta Delgada). When we get there, we will proceed with the equipment distribution and a quick safety briefing, followed by a 10 minute hike, through a stunning volcanic wall forest, until we reach the area where the activity will take place.

NOTE: We mainly do upper rope climbing; however, for more experienced customers it is also possible to practice metal-lead climbing. The difficulty level of this activity may vary between 5c and 7c (French system).

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF

  • The Pick-up time is usually between 08:30 and 08:50 AM at your place of accommodation. Consider this for the areas of Ponta Delgada,

  • When the activity is over, we will drop you off at your place of accommodation again.
