Lovran é uma localidade costeira no Condado de Primorje-Gorski Kotar, no noroeste da Croácia junto ao mar Adriático. A cidade apresenta arquitetura mediterrânica, passeios ladeados de palmeiras e edifícios históricos de pedra características da Riviera de Opatija. Lovran is a small coastal municipality on the western shore of the Kvarner Gulf in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, Croatia, situated approximately 6 kilometres south of Opatija and 30 kilometres from the regional capital Rijeka. The town lies at the base of the Ucka mountain range, which rises to 1,401 metres and forms the natural boundary between the Kvarner coast and the Istrian interior. Its strategic position at the junction of the coastal riviera and the alpine hinterland gives it a dual geographic character that distinguishes it from purely coastal resort towns in the region.
