Marsaxlokk is a traditional fishing village located on the southeastern coast of Malta, approximately 11 kilometers from Valletta. It sits on Marsaxlokk Bay and is widely regarded as the best-preserved fishing community on the island, known for its weekly Sunday market and fleet of painted luzzu boats. The surrounding Delimara Peninsula offers coastal walking trails, natural swimming at St. Peter's Pool, and access to nearby prehistoric and geological sites including Ghar Dalam Cave.
