Lundey is an uninhabited basalt island located approximately 5 kilometres northeast of Reykjavik in Faxaflói Bay, Iceland. It sits within Iceland's North Atlantic maritime zone and serves as a protected seabird breeding reserve, most notably for the Atlantic puffin (Fratercula arctica). The island is administered under Icelandic nature conservation regulations and is not accessible for public landing. All visitor access is conducted via licensed boat operators departing from Reykjavik Old Harbour.
