Asni is a Berber agricultural settlement located in the Haouz Province of Morocco's Marrakech-Safi region, positioned at approximately 1,150 metres elevation in the High Atlas foothills along the Mizane Valley. It functions as the principal road staging point between Marrakech and the Toubkal National Park, with Imlil situated 17 kilometres further south as the registered trekking base for Jebel Toubkal, North Africa's highest peak at 4,167 metres.
