Perched on limestone cliffs, it features the Romanesque Church of San Vito and overlooks pebble beaches and rocky coves.           San Vito Chietino is a coastal municipality in the Province of Chieti, Abruzzo, central Italy, situated along the Trabocchi Coast (Costa dei Trabocchi) of the Adriatic Sea, approximately 35 kilometers south of Pescara. The town divides into a medieval hilltop center and the marina district at sea level, connected by road and footpath. It falls within the broader cultural and natural corridor linking Pescara, Lanciano, and the Majella National Park hinterland.
