A licensed taxi from Lanzarote Airport takes around fifteen minutes and costs approximately 15 to 20 euros. Public bus route 23 also connects the airport to the resort at a lower cost but with less frequency.

A car is not necessary for enjoying the beach and resort facilities, which are all within walking distance. However, hiring a car for at least one or two days is strongly recommended for visiting Timanfaya, the north of the island, and other attractions beyond the resort.
