More to know about Porto Cheli

Porto Cheli is a coastal village in the Peloponnese region of southern Greece, situated on the Argolic Gulf. Known for its sheltered harbor and crystal-clear waters, the settlement features whitewashed houses and serves as a base for sailing and water sports. Visitors explore nearby beaches, visit ancient Greek archaeological sites, and enjoy fresh seafood in local tavernas.
Porto Cheli is a coastal village at the southern tip of the Argolida peninsula in the northeastern Peloponnese, Greece, positioned at the entrance to the Argolic Gulf and directly across a narrow strait from the island of Spetses. The bay contains the submerged remains of the ancient city of Haleis, one of the few accessible underwater archaeological sites in Greece, studied since the 1960s by international research teams. The destination sits within easy reach of the UNESCO-listed theatre of Epidavros, the historic town of Nafplio, and the car-free islands of Spetses and Hydra, placing it at the center of one of the most historically and scenically rich corridors of the Greek mainland coast.
