          More to know about Stromboli

Stromboli is a volcanic island in the Tyrrhenian Sea, part of the Aeolian Islands off the coast of Sicily in southern Italy. The island is dominated by an active volcano that has erupted continuously for over two thousand years. Visitors hike to viewpoints on the volcano's slopes, explore the small harbourside village, and observe lava flows from boat tours departing in the evening.
Stromboli is a volcanic island in the Tyrrhenian Sea, forming part of the Aeolian Islands archipelago off the northern coast of Sicily, Italy. It is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site alongside the other Aeolian islands and is home to one of the world's most continuously active volcanoes, documented in historical records since ancient Greek times. The island has a permanent population of around 500 residents concentrated in the northeast coastal village, with the remainder of the island remaining uninhabited volcanic terrain managed under strict nature reserve regulations.
