ProfĂtis Ilias is a village located on the island of Santorini in the Aegean Sea, Greece. The settlement sits atop a hillside with traditional Cycladic architecture featuring whitewashed buildings and blue-domed roofs. Visitors reach the village by climbing stone steps or taking a donkey ride, then explore narrow streets, local tavernas, and enjoy panoramic views of the caldera and surrounding islands.
ProfĂtis Ilias is a 798-metre peak in the central-western interior of Rhodes, Dodecanese, Greece. The summit is characterised by dense Calabrian pine forest, a Byzantine chapel, and two Italian-era Art Deco hunting lodges built during the Dodecanese occupation (1912-1943). It lies approximately 35 kilometres south of Rhodes Town and serves as a key inland natural and cultural landmark within the South Aegean regional unit.
