          Lithakia is a village in the Peloponnese region of southern Greece, located on the Ionian coast. The settlement features traditional stone architecture and sits near the scenic Pylos Bay, known for its historical significance during the Napoleonic Wars.           Lithakia is a small traditional village located in the southwestern municipality of Zakynthos (Zante), one of the Ionian Islands of western Greece. It sits approximately 12 kilometers from Zakynthos Town and lies within close proximity to the Gulf of Laganas National Marine Park, a protected area designated under the NATURA 2000 network for its significance as a loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta) nesting habitat. The surrounding landscape of olive groves and limestone hills is characteristic of the southern Ionian coastal zone.
