Serris is a commune in the Seine-et-Marne department (77), within the Île-de-France region of northern France. It forms part of the Val d'Europe agglomeration in the 4A sector of the Marne-la-Vallée new town development. The area is editorially significant as the residential and commercial hub adjacent to the Disneyland Paris resort complex, located approximately 40 kilometres east of central Paris along the RER A rail corridor.
