Mürren ist ein autofreies Dorf in der Region Berner Oberland in der Schweiz, auf einer Berghöhe von 1.638 Metern oberhalb des Lauterbrunnentals gelegen. Die Siedlung ist nur mit der Luftseilbahn erreichbar und bietet Ausblicke auf die Gipfel des Eiger, Mönch und der Jungfrau. Besucher wandern auf Alpenpfaden, fahren im Sommer Mountainbike und genießen ganzjährig Bergsteigen und Skifahren.
Mürren is a high-altitude, car-free village in the Bernese Oberland region of Switzerland, situated at 1,638 metres on a cliff terrace above the Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is accessible only by cable car and mountain railway, and lies within the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Jungfrau-Aletsch area, directly facing the north walls of the Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau peaks.
