Geysir is a geothermal field located in the Haukadalur valley, Blaskogabyggd municipality, South Iceland, at approximately 64 degrees north latitude along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. It forms part of the Golden Circle touring route, approximately 100 kilometres east of Reykjavik, and is managed as an open-access natural site within Iceland's broader volcanic and geothermal landscape.
