Azenhas do Mar is a small coastal settlement located in the parish of Colares, municipality of Sintra, Lisbon District, Portugal. It sits within the UNESCO-designated Sintra Cultural Landscape on the Atlantic-facing western edge of the Sintra hills, approximately 40 kilometres northwest of central Lisbon. The village is noted for its natural tidal sea pool, whitewashed cliff-integrated architecture, and proximity to Cabo da Roca and the Colares wine appellation.
